I had a browse on Babybirds while looking for a few baby bits like prams, car seats, and some smaller accessories. They do seem to have a decent range, and I spotted a couple of brands I already had in mind, so it was useful being able to compare a few things in one place.
I’d probably give it 3 stars because quite a few things I clicked on were either out of stock or only had limited colours/options left. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but I think the range could be updated a bit more often because it just felt...

I had a bit of an issue and gave them a call. The staff were really friendly and got it sorted much quicker than I expected. It would’ve been nice if I didn’t have to call in the first place, but overall they handled it really well.

I ordered a buggy rain cover and it showed up exactly when expected, which is always a nice change. The tracking was straightforward and everything just worked without any hassle. I’d happily order from Babybirds again

I had to send back a car seat rain cover because I’d accidentally ordered the wrong one, which was a bit annoying as I was in a rush and clearly didn’t check the model properly.

The return process itself was straightforward, and the refund came through a few days after they received it back. I did have to chase once for an update, so it wasn’t completely seamless.
That said, the money was refunded fine and the person who replied was helpful. I’d use Baby Birds again, but next time I’ll slow down for two minutes and double-check what I’m ordering.

I got what I was looking for easily, so that part was fine. The only thing was the payment step took a bit longer than expected, not a huge deal, just one of those moments where you start wondering if it actually went through or if the page is thinking too hard.

This feels literally so sturdy and well-made. It has a nice feel to it, and I’m happy with the quality overall.

I ordered from Babybirds the delivery was a bit of a mixed feeling for me. At first I was getting annoyed because it took longer than I expected and the updates weren’t great. But then when the parcel finally arrived in good condition, I felt relieved and less bothered. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as quick or well-communicated as I’d hoped.

I had an issue after placing my order, and they sorted it out quickly. I’m not always sure what to expect with support, but i was really happy with how they dealt with it.
